Design and branding for real estate developers in Mallorca.
I work with developers and builders in Mallorca on the two brands they need: the company's, which has to convey solidity development after development, and each development's, which has to sell a home that doesn't exist yet. These are the developers I work with and what I've done for each of them.
Developers I work with, and their developments.
What I've done for each of them.
Mallorca Heritage
We've worked together since 2020. I designed their initial logo and later the redesign of the current one; we've renewed their website three times, and I've created the identity and sales material for their developments: the brochure and finishes catalogue for Theia in Sant Marçall, the brand and specification book for Cas Sucrer, and the identity and brochure for Mar i Cel and Proyecto Santanyí.
Urnova
I designed and built the corporate website of Urnova, a developer based in Madrid and Palma with over thirty years of track record, and the logo for Adelfas de Es Trenc, its residential development in Sa Ràpita.
ODS
I did the full rebranding of ODS, a Palma builder made up of architects and building engineers, and the logo for Cor d'es Trenc, its development near Es Trenc.
GIGARON
I redesigned GIGARON's logo and built its new website, for a builder creating homes where architecture meets Mediterranean light.
Bonet Moreno
I redesigned Bonet Moreno's corporate identity and have designed the brand for several of their projects: the logos for S'Antigor in Cala Mondragó and Na Bordissot, and the identity for Sa Marina, a single-family home in Santanyí.
Maberty · Lighthouse
For Lighthouse, Maberty's development of a unique villa in Cala Santanyí, I created the branding, the graphic design and the website.
Stein Invest & Associates
I designed the branding for Stein Invest, an investment company that seeks opportunities to grow wealth over the long term.
Es Pontàs
I redesigned the identity of Edificaciones Es Pontàs, a family business from Santanyí with over 50 years in construction, based on the natural arch it's named after, and the logo for Na Farao, its development in Cap de Ses Salines.
A developer doesn't need a one-off logo every time: it needs a system. The company brand sets the tone and each development has its own personality without losing the family resemblance. That's why the best relationships last years, development after development.
Questions from developers.
What does a developer need besides the brand for each development?
A solid corporate brand and a website that backs all of its developments. That way each new development starts from a recognisable company, as we did with Urnova or GIGARON, rather than from scratch.
Do you keep a common line across one developer's developments?
Yes. Each development has its own personality but keeps the family resemblance with the developer. With Mallorca Heritage and Bonet Moreno I've already designed several developments within the same line.
Do you also design the brochure and the specification book?
Yes. New builds are sold off-plan, so the brochure and the specification book are key: I've done them, for example, for Theia, Cas Sucrer and Mar i Cel.
