A logo to sell a place before it exists.
Na Farao · Cap de Ses Salines
Na Farao is a new residential development by Edificaciones Es Pontàs, located in Cap de Ses Salines. I designed the development's logo to capture the character of the natural setting it sits in.
Selling a place before it's built starts with giving it a name worth believing in.
Colour and identity.
A sandy beige for the logotype as a whole and a soft turquoise for the wave detail, two tones that speak directly to the Cap de Ses Salines landscape.
The O in FARAO becomes a small lighthouse with waves at its base, a direct nod to the development's name and the Cap de Ses Salines landscape. The rest of the logotype is set in uppercase, with a sober typeface suited to both commercial materials and on-site signage.
A lighthouse hidden in the name
The name plays on the word 'faro' (lighthouse), so I turned the last letter of the logo into a small lighthouse over waves, instead of reaching for a generic real-estate symbol.
Built for commercial materials
I adapted the logo to work well across the development's various commercial materials, from stationery to sales collateral.
Na Farao now has a sober, recognisable identity for Edificaciones Es Pontàs, in keeping with the sand and turquoise tones of the Cap de Ses Salines landscape.
This project is part of my brand identity services.
